Wordpress Email Integration
CANDDi automatically integrates with the Wordpress email platform if you use the standard Wordpress personalisation / merge tags that come with their platform.
Occasionally we come across clients who have Wordpress, but who have created ‘custom fields’ for the usual personalisation / merge tags i.e. first name, last name, email address & company name.
If after doing a mini test campaign, including your CANDDi consultant, it doesn't work using the standard personalisation / merge tags; we would need to investigate what your custom personalisation / merge tags are and replace the standard ones with these.
