Why does Google Adwords (Search Console) appear to be blocking CANDDi?

This is a great question to ask!

(and simple answer - there is nothing to worry about here)

You may see in your Google Adwords account, that the Google Search console traffic to CANDDi is blocked.

This may look like:

There is absolutely nothing to worry about here. We explicitly block the Google Crawler as there's nothing useful for Google to crawl.

Robots.txt file

Web site owners use the /robots.txt file to give instructions about their site to web robots.

For example, a web robot will try to visit a website, say http://www.example.com/welcome.html. Before ithe bot does, it will check for http://www.example.com/robots.txt, and will find the following:

User-agent: *

Disallow: /

This will be why you can see http://s.canddi.io in your Google Adwords account being blocked.

Below is a link to an FAQ from Google on what it means when the Search Console blocks a host:

If you notice other hosts are being blocked, then it would be worth reading this FAQ
