What are CANDDi Sessions?

You may have noticed in the ACTIVITY section of a profile, the coloured tabs that run down the left hand side of a visitors website activity. These colour changes indicate a new ‘session’. A ‘session’ is determined when a visitor has first come onto the website in any given period without already visiting. If a visitor is inactive but on your site for more than 30 minutes, any subsequent activity will be considered a new session.
