Using 'Live Feed' in Outlook Plugin
If you have the latest CANDDi Outlook Plugin installed, you will see a 'Live Feed' button at the top right-hand corner of Outlook.
This will allow you to view historic email 'opens' and also when a recipient has clicked on a URL sent to them.
Depending on your default browser, we recommend using Google Chrome for the Live Feed page. This is because you'll be able to receive desktop notifications for an email open/click through. (Click here on how to enable this)
If you don't already have Google Chrome installed, this can be found by clicking here
If you do have Google Chrome installed, then we recommend setting this to your default browser so everytime you click 'Live Feed', it opens in Chrome.
To do this go to:
Go to 'Settings' by clicking on the three dots at the top right-hand corner of Chrome

Scroll down and look for 'Default Browser' and click 'Make Default'

Depending on your operating system, a window will appear to confirm this. Make sure Google Chrome is selected
If you need any assistance doing this, please feel free to contact us at help@canddi.com or 0161 414 1080
