Using geographically targeted CANDDi Capture to improve enquiry rates

You can stream visitors based on their geographic location with CANDDi. If you do this, you can then target CANDDi Capture at more specific groups, and write questions in appropriate, localised language. You can also add details of that country’s most appropriate sales office, and invite the visitor to get in touch. The end result is improved enquiry and conversion rates.

There are four steps to doing this -- follow them below!

1. Create the stream
First, create a Stream to target a geolocation you are interested in. This could be right down to city level, but in this example we're targeting a whole country.

Click "+ New" next to the Stream section on the Dashboard. On the right-hand side refine the stream to a country like in the image below. When you're happy, Click "Preview and Save"

NOTE: You have had to have had a visitor from that country for it to appear in the drop down list.

2. Add an Email Notification
For maximum effect, CANDDi can email you every time a visitor joins this stream. Go to Alerts > Triggers Dashboard Select "+ New Trigger". On the Trigger creation page, follow the process below:

3. Add the Questions
Now you need to add your CANDDi Capture. First, you will need to create it - have a look here to see how. Add any geo-specifics you want to the appropriate fields there, like writing the Question in Capture in local language. When you come to the "Who to show to" section, you add the particular stream that you just set up so only visitors from that stream would see it.

4. Act on your alerts and improve the process
Now you'll receive an email when somebody joins the stream. A process of monitoring and refining will help to make the most out of this setup. Are you getting visitors from countries you're not targeting? Is there something you can say to a specific group to help improve the enquiry rate?
