Sending PDFs with CANDDi.download
CANDDi email integration only tracks when the visitor loads a web-page in their web-browser. Therefore please don't link directly to PDF's / other documents directly as follows:
http://your_website.com/download/document.pdf?ce=tim@canddi.com
CANDDi won't track this link!
However, you can use CANDDi.download instead which will work in email campaigns as well as your regular daily mails: What does CANDDi.download do? / Using CANDDi.download to send email attachments.
