Outlook Plugin: Settings

If you've got the Outlook Plugin and you're finding that visitors are:

  • Not being identified
  • Not being assigned correctly
  • Aren't appearing in the 'Source: One to one emails' Stream

...then you may want to check if your settings are correct.


Compose a new email and click on 'CANDDi Settings' a window like this should appear:



Copy across the following and click 'Save':

  • Medium - email
  • Source - outlook
  • Campaign - leave this blank
  • Attributes - ce,ce_b4,cas,cas_b4,cfn,cln,cc,cn
  • Override Sender Address - tick this
  • CANDDi Email Address - use your email


Then send an email directly to your CANDDi Consultant or to help@canddi.com and we'll check all is working properly for you.
