Is my site working with CANDDi tracking?
We've developed a nifty new tool to help you double check if CANDDi is working as it should be on your website. All you have to do is this:
Follow this link to our new tool
Enter the URL you wish to check
Hit "test"
Let the system work its magic
A tracking score out of 24 will be generated (screenshot below).
If you don't achieve 24 / 24 this means that your site might be losing tracking or referrer data.
This means you're likely to be losing identified visitors.
Please talk to your CANDDi consultant - it's likely to be a configuration problem with your web-server - we can help you understand what needs to be done.
