Is it legal?

YES! CANDDi does not record any data you would not have access to from your web analytics, CRM, web logs and publicly available sources (such as directory of IP addresses). You can read our privacy policy for more detail on the use of the data, but the important aspect is CANDDi does not share and will never share any personal identifiable data between our customers.

We follow the Data Protection Act 1998 very strictly as well as all data management legislation.
