Installing the Outlook Plugin

The instructions below will help you to install the CANDDi Outlook plugin.

1. Go here
2. Click on the Install file and follow the instructions
3. Close and re-open Outlook
4. Once installed, send an email to help@canddi.com with a link to your homepage

Your account manager can then confirm the links are tracking.

You'll be able to see all email 'opens' and 'clicks' if you go to 'Live Feed', which can be found at the top right-hand corner of Outlook.
