How NOT to track a particular URL in Outlook...

Some websites do not support links using extra parameters such as any tracking. If you are using the Outlook plugin, links to these websites may not work when you include them in your tracked email.

If you encounter one of these websites (ask us if you are unsure), you can set your plugin to ignore these URLs when adding tracking code to your email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are hoping to identify someone through a tracked email, they need to click on a tracked link to your website - so include one of those too!

Here's how:

Start a message, find the CANDDi plugin (top right) and click on Settings.

Go to the "Ignore List" tab, and add the URL you do not wish to be tracked.

Remember, for the email to identify the individual, it needs to be addressed to only one recipient (don't CC anyone), and they need to click through the link to your website!
