How do I track an offsite link?
CANDDi will be able to track when a visitor clicks on a link on your website that takes them to a third party website.
If you have links/URLs on a webpage, then you will need to make sure this URL is in the 'Core Analytics' page (found under settings).

Once you've found the URL in this list, you will need to make sure it is set to 'Not being tracked':

'Not Being Tracked' means any link which leaves your site to a third party website. 'Being Tracked' would mean any website with CANDDi tracking on.
CANDDi will now show this offsite link in a visitor's profile.
