How do I create a hyperlink in Mac mail?

Write your email, as normal. Select the word(s) that you want to hide the hyperlink behind, and right click on them.

This should give you a screen like the below picture - select link> add link



Insert url & tracking information, and then click ok. Click the link to check it works.
