How do I change a individual contact from Prospect to Converted?
Go to the contact tags section within the contact profile. You will need to view the tags in ‘list view’. Click the blue cross next to ‘prospect’.
Now, select ‘converted’ from the drop-down box that appears when you click into the input box.
If you colour coded your tags as well, the header of the contacts preview will change colour. It will also no longer be found in the prospect stream.
