How can i make a contact show as a converted (or any other tag)?
The coloured headers (Prospect, Engaged, Enquired, Converted) are all driven by CANDDi tags. You can read more on tag management here.
To manually convert a contact, go to the contact tags section within the individual contact profile, select ‘converted’ from the drop-down box that appears when you click into the input box.
If you want to create your own tag, you can manually input it in the box. It can be anything you want, just remember to separate any two words with an underscore.
