Enabling Google Analytics within e-shot/ForFront
If you have noticed that visitors who have clicked through your email campaign aren't appearing in the Source: Email Marketing, then here is what needs to be done:
Go to your e-shot console, and then to settings (in the top right hand corner):
If you scroll down, click on 'Enable' next to Google Analytics. Then when you create a new campaign, at the last step you can check the checkbox for 'Automatically create a CANDDi stream when I send a campaign'
This will then allow any 'click-throughs' to appear in the ‘Source: Email Marketing’ stream.
