Constant Contact Integration - Must Read
Over recent months Constant Contact have released a second type of User Interface.
This interface has been designed to be more visually appealing and aim to be more user friendly. This change has however removed a number of features and at the moment does not support the use of Dynamic Links which are crucial for CANDDi tracking.
This means that as a result of a technology limitation within Constant Contact, CANDDi is unable to identify website visitors if you have the new view.
If your design view looks similar to the below you are able to request the Constant Contact support team change your account over to the alternative view.
CANDDi email integration still 100% works with the original user interface.
