Adding a Stream to a Nightly Summary

Any stream can be included in your nightly summary email by adding an appropriate trigger to that stream.

First, select your stream from the left-hand menu, or create a new trigger through the trigger dashboard under Alerts. From the drop-down menu within a stream choose ‘Edit Triggers’. This is found on the right-hand side of the page.

Select the "+ new trigger" tab.

Select the "Summary Email" on the right.

Once you have clicked on the button, it will bring up a few fields for you to fill in. This summary email is sent once per day.

Now select who you would like to set the trigger for. The stream option should be pre-filled if you come from ‘Edit Triggers’, if not just find your stream on the list.

Last of all, you can customise the trigger options to specify what information you would like to receive via the summary email. Once you have customised the trigger options click the create trigger tab to complete setup.
