A form submitted why can't I see them in CANDDi?
CANDDi tries to track 100% of your website visitors, but sometimes it may not be able to do this is because:
People are browsing with javascript turned off
People have DO NOT TRACK headers turned on. CANDDi will respect these people who don't want to be tracked
And finally something does just happen where they cannot be tracked and it cannot be explained.
However if you notice more than one in a short amount of time please get in touch either by phone or email help@canddi.com and we will investigate this further.
If it happens only once we are sorry!
